07When you pay
A 14-day free trial starts when you subscribe, and the first charge is on the day it ends (or right away if you have used the trial before). After that you are charged automatically on the same day each month.
08Delivery
Paid features are available as soon as checkout is complete.
09Cancellation and refunds
As a digital information service, it cannot be returned. Cancel anytime from your account page and you will not be charged from the next renewal date. Paid periods are not refunded pro rata. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
