01YouTube Terms of Service

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

02About the data

• The VOID score, genre categories, and rankings are our own calculations from public data. They are not official YouTube or Twitch metrics.
• Figures include estimates and come with no guarantee of accuracy or of results for your streams. Before launch, the Service shows sample (dummy) figures.

03Do not

• Collect data or pages from the Service in bulk by automated means
• Publish, repost, or redistribute paid content without permission
• Harm the Service, other users, or the VTubers listed on it
• Break the law

04Paid plan

• Price: JPY 500 per month (tax included). If the price changes, we will announce it on this page and the pricing page first.
• Free trial: the first 14 days are free (once per person). You add a card when you sign up, and Stripe emails you 7 days before the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. When the trial ends, the paid plan starts automatically.
• Cancellation: cancel anytime from "Payment method, receipts, cancel" on your account page. You are not charged from the next renewal date, and you keep paid access until then. We do not give prorated refunds.
• Payments: card payments processed by Stripe, charged monthly on the day you subscribed (or the day the trial ends). Sign-ups open at launch.

05Ownership

Text, design, and our own metrics on the Service belong to us. Rights in YouTube videos and channels belong to their owners.

06Liability

We are not liable for losses from using the Service, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence. We may change or stop the Service without notice.

07Changes

We may change these terms. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over our address is the exclusive court of first instance.
