01Use of YouTube API Services

The Service uses YouTube API Services to collect genre view counts and information about VTubers.

Information obtained through YouTube API Services is also handled under the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

02What we get from YouTube

• Public channel and video information: channel name, URL, public statistics such as view counts, category, and publish date.
• We do not access your Google or YouTube account. The Service never asks you to sign in with Google.

We use this information only to aggregate and rank genres (the VOID score) and to introduce VTubers already active in a genre. The VOID score and genre labels are our own metric and classification, not YouTube metrics.

03How long we keep YouTube data

• Channel names, video titles and descriptions, thumbnails and other non-statistical data: refreshed from YouTube or deleted within 30 days of retrieval.
• Statistics such as view, subscriber and video counts, and the VOID score we calculate from them: once YouTube accepts us under its Additional policies for derived metrics and data storage, kept for up to 36 months to show trends, then deleted.
• Until that acceptance, statistics are also refreshed or deleted within 30 days of retrieval.
• If a channel owner asks us to remove their channel, we delete its data within 7 days (see "For VTubers listed on the Service").

04What we get from you

• Access logs: the Service runs on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time of access on each request. We use this to prevent abuse and fix problems.
• Browser storage: your light/dark choice is saved in your browser (localStorage). It is never sent to us.
• Cookies: only when you sign in, we set one cookie (vs_session, up to 30 days) to keep you signed in. We use no cookies for advertising or tracking.
• Sign-in data: if you sign in, we store your email address, a hash of your password (never the password itself), and a session record. Session records expire after 30 days and are then deleted.
• Sign-ups and payments: open when the paid plan launches. When you sign up, we store your email address and a hash of your password. Payments are processed by Stripe, and only Stripe handles your card number (we never receive it). We store only your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and trial and billing dates, to know whether you are a member.

• Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and database): https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
• Google Fonts (text display): loading fonts sends your IP address and similar data to Google. See https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq/privacy
• Stripe (payments for the paid plan): if you subscribe, your email address and payment details go to Stripe. Trial reminders and receipts are also emailed by Stripe. https://stripe.com/jp/privacy

The Service does not show third-party ads. If that changes, we will say so here.

06Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it.

07Seeing or deleting your data

To see or delete your own data (sign-in data or access logs), contact us below. We will confirm it is you and respond within 30 days.

08For VTubers listed on the Service

We list VTubers based on public information. To have your listing removed or corrected, contact us with your channel URL. We will remove or correct it within 7 days.

09Changes

We may update this policy. We will announce important changes on the Service.
